North Cyprus News – May is not usually that hot, for Cyprus, but the latest Girne weather forecast predicts very hot and humid weather. The Lefkosa weather forecast is much higher than the Girne weather forecast as you can see from the two charts but the constant humidity in Cyprus makes being outside between 11am to 4pm very unpleasant. The temperature predictions for the end of May are between 32-40oC and that is very unusual for this time of the year. In July and August, even then, these temperatures would be a little high although I have experienced temperatures as high as 50oC with a warning to stay inside with the air-con on, and for work to be suspended.
