End of holy month begins on Tuesday –  ‘THE three-day Ramadan Bayram holiday, Eid al-Fitr, which marks an end to the Muslim holy month, officially begins on Tuesday — but all government departments and banks will be closed for three-anda-half days, from noon on Monday.’
