North Cyprus Property Victims – Do Petitions Work?
Do petitions ever work? Well some seem to but the victims of property scams in north Cyprus do not seem to have had any success with the four I know of:

No.2 – Pauline Read’s 2009 Bank Petition

So do petitions work, I ask again. I think they do is people take the trouble to sign…obvious…well yes so why are the victims of the property scams in north Cyprus not signing? Fear or apathy. I will leave you to decide.
