WITHOUT PREJUDICE
You will recall that I told you about my win in the lower court in Kyrenia for four of the five Libel cases Akfinans Bank Limited instigated against me.

The hearing for these cases was at the end of 2014 and the decision in my favour given in writing on 27th March 2015. My legal adviser made me aware that Akfinans Bank Limited intended to Appeal this judgment. I have patiently waited but no news. Today I made enquiries and find that no date has been given and that the bank has not yet sent my legal adviser details of their Appeal case. Surely there has to be a time limit for such procedures. It is now well over a year since the cases finished and 10 months since the judgment in my favour.
It will be interesting to find out whether the bank have exceeded a time limit. I do hope so.
