North Cyprus Law | Bankers’ Banning Order

North Cyprus Law | Bankers' Banning OrderWITHOUT PREJUDICE

Today the many other things I found out from the Chief of Police at Lapta, I found out that the bank have been granted a court order BANNING me from going near my own villa.

Now you would have thought, before issuing such an order, the court would have contacted me.

I would then have been able to make the court aware of the illegal way the bank broke into my villa, and almost ran over Agile whilst making their exit. How very Akfinans-ish to take by illegal means and then ban the victim of the crime from coming near the profits from their illegal action.

But much more concerning is a legal system that ignores my Human Rights and rubber stamps such a Banning Order. Shame on them all.

Now the second of my discoveries today courtesy of the Lapta Police.

Akfinans claim that they have the PERMISSION of the landowner (Yuksel Yilmaz) to be in my villa. Well there you go, the Contract of Sale signed by Yuksel Yilmaz clearly means nothing to him. Let’s not forget this is the man who fraudulently used our property as security against a loan after he had sold it to us.

Yes. I do have the only Contract of Sale with the original signature of Yuksel Yilmaz on it. The conditions of the Contract do not give him the right to give permission to anyone to occupy my property. Now the bank know this. How, because they through their Advocate Akan Kursat have a copy of my Contract.

I am the beneficial owner of 5 Demokrasi Sokak and I say to Akfinans Bank Limited you are not welcome in my villa….get out.

It does make you wonder why the bank did not tell the police they had illegally transferred my villa into the name of Mustafa Guner, a former Director of the bank.

Finally, and most importantly to me. I found out for certain, that the Judgement made by Judge Usar on the 4th of December 2014 orders all properties to be put back into the name of the landowner and that includes MY villa.

If the judgment is ratified on Appeal, to ignore this instruction and not include my villa, in my opinion, would be to ignore the instructions in a court order.

If there is an issue between the bank and Mustufa Guner after this is done, let that be their problem…..not mine.

I would like to put a copy of the back page of the Contract showing THE SIGNATURE, but for whatever reason this facility does not work for me on here.

Polly, the image was too large as the limit is 2Mb. I’ve reduced the size and added it to the article.
