K5 v Akfinans Bank | I Will Be Screwed Over

What makes me different to all the other K5 litigants?

The answer is quite simple. I fully expect to get screwed over and I fully expect anyone who could make a difference will stand back and let it happen.

Why will that happen? The answer is simple, I question, I challenge, I dare speak out. I tell the truth, not a popular concept in the circles these people move in.

The attempt by Mike to move into my villa on the 1st of April, although expected to fail, gave him a chance to experience up close and personal just how determined the bank are to hang on to their allegedly ill gotten gains.

I am told that Mustafa Guner has all the legal papers proving his ownership of my villa so it seems unlikely he sees that what he holds is as a consequence of an illegal act. Of course his daughter, the alleged wife of Ertug Kader of the bank owning family, enjoys the use of my villa at weekends as does the rest of the family, including Butch the dog.

These pictures were sent to my anonymously, I did not take them. However, since the police arrived as soon as I entered Demokrasi Sokak, I can say, any opportunity to take photos has been nil. These photos are all over the internet.

My pool and garden being enjoyed by the ‘family’.

Butch and Ertug’s wife, alleged daughter of Musafa Guner, the alleged owner of my villa.

Kader ladies in my garden.

[Ed: I attempted to link to these images via Google but could not find them publicly available so until such links are submitted NCFP will respect the privacy of the individuals involved.]

So whilst this family enjoy my villa, occupation of which was achieved by breaking into it, I can only stand by and watch. Justice folks but not as it was meant to be.

My old gran used to say….life is not fair girl….guess she was right.

Never give in never give up.

Why do you not go back to court to make the person you sued to pay up?

  • cyprusishome

If it was that simple it would have been done.
If you lived in North Cyprus you would know that the legal system only supports the criminal and definitely offers no help to foreigners.

So why not go back to court, the judge should enforce a given judgement to pay!!

  • Polly Marples

Because, as I suspect you know, there is a ‘stay of execution granted to the bank until the
outcome of the Appeal is decided.

Love your avatar, even down to the 5.

Of course if you are not familiar with the TRNC legal system, maybe you are not aware that advocates her do not listen to their clients instructions, avoid communicating with them as much as possible and go their own sweet way.

    Sounds a nightmare, good luck.
