K5 v Akfinans Bank | I Bought a Villa in North Cyprus

This is my villa. This is the villa that Judge Usar said had a fraudulent mortgage put on it.

This is the villa that is now on a Kocan in the name of Mustafa Guner, a former Director of Akfinans Bank Limited who I doubt has ever set foot in it. I also doubt if any money ever changed hands as far as the transfer into his name is concerned.

This is my villa as it looked at the time the bank broke in and took it without a court order in July 2010.

This is my villa that my advocate says cannot be put into my name because of this fraudulent transfer. What kind of a legal system allows this fraud to stand? Is it any wonder I find being told this very hard to believe?

I do not accept that Mr Guner, aka the bank, should be allowed to keep my villa, if this happened then it would be a travesty of justice and prove the system of “it’s not what you know, but who you know” is still operating in lieu of due process in north Cyprus.

This is my villa the bank have used as a weekend retreat for many months and denied me access to. The police appear to have colluded in this and have threatened me with arrest if I ‘trespass’ in my own garden.

Can you imagine that my own advocates are suggesting my putting injunctions on the property given to the landowner for the land I purchased my villa on. This as a method of getting my money back in say….an unknown number of years.

NO…NO…NO…NO. Been there, done that and got nothing because I would not do to others that which had been done to me.

Now going into the 7th year of court appearances, watching my money fill the coffers of the legal profession, I do NOT accept that number 5 Demokrasi Sokak, Karisyaka (all above photos) belongs to the bank or Mustafa Guney and I demand my satisfaction for all the wrongs done to me, comes from MY villa. If the bank wish to keep it…buy it from me.

Mr Guner, I know you know of me now, maybe you did not at the time you ‘co-operated’ with the bank, but you do know now. If you wish to pay me for my villa, the amount is £120,000.

Never give in, never give up.
