I guess we sort of gave the game away yesterday. Yes the speaker was TALAT KURSAT. The same Talat Kursat who claims to hold the ISO9001 and be a member of the English and ROC Bar Association and proud father of Akan Kursat now acting for Akfinans Bank Limited, who as we all know is the Bank that charges 80% per quarter compound on loans made to Abdurrahman Guney former Director of Kulaksiz Construction Limited and Yuksel Yilmaz former landowner of Kulaksiz 5 and now Manager for Pegasus Airlines at Hatay Airport in Turkey.
I realise some of you found it difficult to read the documents yesterday so here is the link

On the face of it and reading the account of the talk given by Talat Kursat, he would be an excellent choice for a prospective purchaser. The term ‘practise what you preach’ comes to mind, no accusation, just something that popped into my head.
On page 2 Mr. Kursat mentions what has changed recently, bearing in mind this was the 7th March 2006
Transfer fees have been set at 3% – No change there for first purchase.
VAT on property has been set at 5% – No change there.
By-laws have been passed restricting builds in certain areas – No free for alls even then – duh………
The Land Registry Offices are being relocated and whole system is being computerised – really, when?
Talks are continuing around the Laws of guarantee to safeguard the purchaser – whereby the Contract of Sale can be lodged at the Land Registry – Well we all know how well that worked, the beginning of the end for KULAKSIZ 5………..
Rules are being drawn up to ensure that Estate Agents meet certain criteria and follow a Code of Practice – Estate Agents Law came into force. Ask Tutuska about Estate Agents – there is a tale there about an Estate Agent not carrying the necessary indemnity insurance, was he brought to task???
Unqualified builders are being identified and closed down – This one really ‘cracks me up’, how is your house following the rain?? Even last year the builder I used hadn’t got a qualified plumber just a ‘jack of all trades’. Just how do they decide who is a qualified builder??
All builders must engage the services of a qualified architect as a member of staff. – Yes that’s working, hands up all those who now find your house has been built WITHOUT Planning Permission.
More power stations are being built to meet infrastructure demands – LOL
Well, folks they do say the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Never give up. Never give in.
