Appeal by Akfinans Bank Against Judgment Given In Favour Of K5

I now have been told that following the postponement of the above Appeal 0n 29th January, a new date of the 15th February 2016 was given.

Will it go ahead? Presumably if the serving of the papers to the bank has taken place, it will.

I was looking back at all that has happened to bring us to this point and I came across this Opinion in Cyprus Today.

Who will put it right? Will the courts….we will see.
