There was an emergency hearing at Girne District Court this morning and Judge Tanju found in favour of the Kulaksiz 5 with regard to the cessation of the electrical supply to their homes.I do not have the full details but would guess that an Injunction against the cutting off the electricity was sought and was given. Thank God for that.
I will bring you more details when they are available. To the Bank I say, shame on you for making this necessary. May God forgive you.
I am told that the press were there, let us hope they are brave enough to report on it.
