World News | The Paris AttackWITHOUT PREJUDICE

‘That which does not kill us makes us stronger.
Friedrich Nietzsche

Sadly the acts of terrorism did kill 17 innocents in the recent attacks in Paris but you only have to look at the people who took part in the marches in Paris and other cities all over France yesterday to see how much this act of barbarity not only strengthened the resolve of the French people not to succumb to the blackmail of the gun, but the resolve of all sane thinking people of the world.

Divided by religious ideology, how can those who claim to know God believe such rubbish. Let us not mistake for sane rational people those who try to impose their beliefs on us by force. That such Middle Age thinking exist in the 21st century is an anathema to most of us. We cannot blame lack of education because some who have joined ISIS are from privileged backgrounds with a good education. Even members of the medical profession. What Hippocrates would make of such fanatics is unknown but his oath which the medical profession adhere to, ‘ first do no harm’, is clearly not one they follow.

On a much less serious level, but also lethal. The stress caused to purchasers in northern Cyprus is a killer and has claimed many elderly victims. Some of the actions of my own nemesis, the bank, have been less than humanitarian and not at all what I would have expected
when I chose the country to retire to.

I am now praying that the legal team chosen by Kulaksiz 5 will do the right thing by me and ensure that the judgment of the 4th December in our favour is adhered to in full and that my villa is put back into its original state just like the rest of my fellow litigants. To do otherwise would in my opinion be unjust and questionable.

Never give in never give up

Yes. I believe if the case amendment had been accepted in its entirety, we would not be now contemplating yet another case. Just my opinion.
