Without Prejudice

I am not in the TRNC at the moment due to the fact that my partner is ill and in need of medical help. I was however in the TRNC the day before Bayram and would have been in court had I not received an email from the spokesman for the Kulaksiz 5 case telling me it been adjourned by the court. See content of email at that time:

“On the 11th October Boysan Boyra’s secretary called the court Registrar’s office to check that our main case would be heard on the 14 October, as it was the eve of Byram so the court would be closed at 12.00 noon. She was informed that the case was rescheduled to the 28th October.

Late on Friday 25th October Boysan’s office discovered that the case went ahead on the 14th as scheduled and the judge cancelled our main case as neither us or our advocate were there.

In response today, Hasan applied to the court to re-instate our main case, and a date has been set for the 22nd November to hear this application. He also applied for and was granted an interim injunction to protect us until this application has been heard.”

There was more in this email but I felt it prudent to withhold this.

I am very serious about the case and intend to see it through to the bitter end. Why would I have parted with so much money to date if that were not so?

I cannot and do not accept the legality of the mortgage or the violent way my villa was taken by the bank without a court order.
