Popular Science News | The Bed That Makes Itself
Spanish furniture maker OHEA has created a bed which can make itself in just 50 seconds. The duvet is attached at the base of the bed which allows robot arms to grab either side of it and move it from the bottom to the top of the bed, straightening the duvet in the process. The pillows are then automatically stretched, lifted, then placed on top of the duvet.
Thankfully, special sensors are able to determine whether the bed is occupied so you won’t end up being automatically smothered by a pillow while you sleep!
