Hi All
Yesterday I received a telphone call from Hasan Ulunay, who is Cafer’s advocate. He had been asked by Hasan Sungur to contact me.
It does appear that Hasan Sungur’s previous proposal of a 50/50 owner/rental option is no longer a possibility. Hasan Ulunay said that Hasan Sungur is still asking for £20,000 from each of you to pay for the land that your houses are built on.
As a first step Hasan Ulunay needs a copy of the first page of your contract and proof of payment. Can you please complete your own details on the attached spreadhseet and circulate it amongst yourselves and then send me the completed file.
When the information is received I would suggest that Catherine and myself meet with Hasan Ulunay to hear their proposal for a solution.
