Kulaksiz 5 in court at 10:30am to hear if an Interim Injunction against eviction will be issued

At 10.30am I, in company with the rest of Kulaksiz 5, will be in court to learn our fate. So what are the possibilities:

1. The Judge grants an Interim Injunction to all the villa owners on the two Kocans.

2. The Judge grants an Interim Injunction to all the villa owners with the exclusion of me. The reason I think this is possible is the amount of time and effort put into the hearing by Akan Kursat trying to convince the Judge that my case was settled. An opinion I strongly contest since ‘settled’ implies I have received the money awarded in my court order, I think by now everyone knows I have not, and I think I never will. I just hope the Judge sees it the way it is and not the way Akan Kursat has tried to persuade him it is.

3. The Judge grants K5 an Interim Injunction to all the villa owners with the exclusion of me and Eve McCluskey.

4. The Judge refuses to grant an Interim Injunction to Kulaksiz 5

Whatever happens, the granting of an Interim Injunction will only serve as a delaying tactic to Akfinans Bank Limited. The case is far from over and there are many hurdles Kulaksiz 5 will face along the way. Do I believe that the Courts here will do the right thing and avoid the need for the ECHR to have to intervene and ‘make them do the right thing’? I really do not know.

I will telephone the Editor as soon as the result is known.
