These facts about the Cyprus Problem speak for themselves

The Phileleftheros newspaper sponsored a market research survey between 21st and 27th May 2010. The survey polled a representative sample of 1000 people in the Republic of Cyprus. The results of the political survey carried out by RAI Consultants showed that 70% of those questioned thought the talks between Christofias and Eroglu would fail. Only 20% showed any optimism on a positive outcome of the talks. On the question as to whether the Church should keep out of the reunification discussions, the result was less decisive: 49% saying the church should not be involved and 50% saying the church should be an integral part of the discussions.
