Asil Nadir Trial – and then there were 10

And then there were 10. A second juror has been removed from the Jury at the Asil Nadir trial at the Old Bailey. The second juror, a female, has been suffering from recurring attacks of migraine, which allegedly had been disrupting the proceedings. As long as there is a minimum of 9 jurors the the trial can continue.

Oh dear, poor woman, who wouldn’t get a headache having to listen to such detail and try to make head or tail of something that happened so long ago?

Will Justice have been served, whatever the verdict, and at what cost to the British taxpayer? The remaining jury, 3 women and 7 men are expected to come up with a verdict sometime this month, unless of course there are more delays.
