Kulaksiz 5 v Akfinans Bank Limited.

I know, an odd picture, but I have this theory that every time it gets towards the bottom, and it is time for the date to be given for the Appeal that Akfinans Bank Limited put into the High Court, the Appeal against the decision in favour of the Kulaksiz 5 by Judge Usar on the 4th December 2014, when he judged their mortgages put on to the homes of the Kulaksiz 5 purchasers to be fraudulent, the timer will be turned and the process of waiting will start again.

The sands of time. How appropriate, the bank have all the time in the world and an unlimited supply of bank money. The K5 are old, their time is precious and limited, their money…gone. A very unequal battle. Will the K5 live to see justice? Is the strategy to outlive them? Is the legal system, ergo the government, complicit in this strategy?

The government sit on their hands, claim there is nothing they can do, the law must take its course. Just as they did for the many, many years this and similar frauds were taking place. If you are not part of the solution…you are the problem seems a fair analysis of the government’s part in all this. Of course, the government could prove me wrong and do the right thing, but we all know….THEY WON’T!

So we wait for the Appeal date…and we wait, and wait, and wait, and…………..

Coincidentally Akfinans Bank Limited are appealing the decision in my favour in the Libel cases. Why wouldn’t they, money is no object to them.
