Kulaksiz 5 v Akfinans Bank | Moving in Party

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

As you all by now know, after many many failures at making the legal system see that Akfinans Bank Limited acted illegally when putting mortgages on the homes of British expat pensioners at Kulkasiz 5 site in Karsiyaka we have at last won a case that says WE WERE RIGHT. 6 years plus and cartload full of our money to prove what natural justice always knew.

On the 4th December 2014 in Girne District Court, Judge Talat Usar ruled that the mortgages were fraudulent and although this decision is being Appealed by the bank, I personally have decided to let my property. There is a slight problem, the bank are living in it. How odd that they have put it into a former Bank Director’s name. BUT they live in it. Odd or cynical, you chose. The bank have had use of my villa since July 2010 and the rent arrears are racking up. I never ever signed a rental agreement with them and consider them squatters.

My new tenant, a journalist, has decided that if they are still there when he takes up occupancy, he and his Doberman will move in with them. So to celebrate this momentous occasion my new tenant is throwing a party and you my readers and friends are invited too.

INVITATION to a MOVING IN PARTY

Date 5th April 2015

Venue 5 Demokrasi Sokak, Karsiyaka, north Cyprus

Start time 12.00 noon

My villa for sale

My villa at Karsiyaka, bring your swimming gear too. It is not for sale.

Everyone is welcome, bring a bottle and your own meat to throw on the BBQ.

My new tenant will extend an invite to the local and international press. This promises to be a very interesting party with guests from all over Cyprus and the world, even, I am told, members of a local motor cycle club will attend too, should prove to interesting guests judging from their club name.

I guess the usual ‘secret service police’ will be reading this and will be phoning me some time soon.

Do not miss the event of the year in north Cyprus. The more the merrier. Directions and a map will be given nearer the time.

Never give in never give up.
