Although I have moved most of my things out of my house on Kulaksiz 5, there are still some of my belongings there, if for no other reason than to confirm my ownership until I receive my court award or Akfinans Bank Limited purchasers obtain an eviction order (whichever occurs first.)
I wonder if potential purchasers realise that they will be buying properties with inbuilt problems, i.e. the ex pats who legally bought them are still resident in them.
I had planned this week to remove my two sheds. I made arrangements with Michael Laine, who supplied the sheds, to dismantle them, transport them to my new home and then reassemble them. As often happens, the best laid plans of mice and Pauline often go awry. Having emptied the sheds (the contents are sitting in my spare room and on my patio at the new house) Michael was called into hospital and so is unable to carry out his part of the deal. On to plan B, only one problem, there is no plan B yet. Tomorrow there may be.
Remember none of this would be necessary if Akfinans Bank Limited were more diligent in their banking practices.
Please be at the auction on Sunday 6th June – the coffee shop Karsiyaka Square at 10.00 am to show your support for the Kulaksiz 5 ex pats.
