Cyprus Victims – Kulaksiz 5 v Akfinans Bank Update

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week saw Bob French of number 7 Demokrasi Sokak, Karsiyaka, one of the K5 properties the Bank are laying claim to, giving evidence and then being cross examined by the Bank’s legal representative from the legal firm of Talat Kursat.

Below is a photo of my villa before the bank moved in and spent £1 000’s on it, also another villa of another K5 owner.

My villa before £1000's spent on it.

This is what I am fighting for and each and every member of the Kulaksiz 5 are fighting for; their villas which are similar. One thing we all have in common is that we bought and paid for them in good faith and never borrowed one penny from Akfinans Bank in north Cyprus or any bank in north Cyprus. At no time did any of us have a contract with Akfinans Bank for any purpose.

New dates of 13th, 14th and 15th May have been given for the resumption of the hearing of the main case. During this time the Bank will be giving evidence and will be cross examined by our legal representative.

Never give in never give up.

Will I be there, that is for me to know at this stage.
