It would seem that the hearing for K5 was a little more clear for some there thanks to the introduction of equipment allowing a translator to be able to whisper in English via receiving headphones the information going out in the court to interested parties in Turkish.
Since most of the litigants in the ‘stealth’ mortgage cases are English, this service could be of interest to them. It will of course come at a monetary cost.
You will not of course be surprised to learn that I as a full fee paying member of the K5 litigant group learned of its use in MY case via the Kibcom Times. No further comment necessary.
