Vision Express | Perhaps I Should Have Gone to SpecsaversVision Express, now what can I say about Vision Express that Sir Trevor McDonald couldn’t say better and get the big bucks for saying it.

Well let’s see.

Vision…well I would like to see the glasses I also paid the big bucks for, £489 to be precise… okay if I
am being precise; Agile paid the big bucks for as my 70th birthday present.

We visited Vision Express on the 11th June, I had my eyes tested. I selected the frames and Agile paid the money.
I was told my specs would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks….still a long time when you consider the boast made by Vision Express “Our State-of-the-art Tech Centre” and compare it with the last pair I bought two years ago in Paphos Cyprus where it took less than a week from test to putting them on.

Express…well that is some claim considering it is now 30 days since I ordered my glasses and I am still without them.

Oh of course I have had all the reasons for the delay given, I even have their person online…looking into it…but not coming up with the information I want which is, come into our shop, your glasses are ready.

Perhaps as their advert says “I should have gone to Spec Savers”.

    16 days overdue now. Let’s see if they compensated her say at £5 per day, that would be £90. almost as much as the £99 off a second pair they offered her. That is funny, be nice to see (pun intended) the first pair.

    Pauline Read Oh my God, that s pathetic Danielle, I guess that just depresses me more. I am an honourable person, I gave them till next Tuesday to come up with my glasses or my money back. 2 months, time you had your money back Danielle and went to an optician you can rely on.

    I have removed my post in the hope you will resolve my problem quickly. Do not disappoint me. 29 days waiting for glasses is a joke, I was promised 2 weeks was the maximum I would wait. Come on Vision Express….LIVE UP TO YOUR NAME.
